The Legend of The Whistleblowers

Thanks to a generous grant from the Adelaide Cemeteries Authority, City South has been working with the West Terrace Cemeteries and the SA Police Association to produce an illustrated brochure detailing the exploits of South Australia’s first female crime fighters – affectionately known as Whistleblowers. 

Below is the artwork that’s been commissioned from local artist Jana Hoffman

Canvas storyboards have also been printed on the artwork and were displayed as part of the City South History Exhibition held at Erb’n’Flo Cafe in May 2021 as part of History Month.  

The brochures has been distributed to the West Tce Cemetery, State Library, City of Adelaide and local schools, as well as being available at the City South History Exhibition.
