For the second year, City South will bring light and colour to Whitmore Square for the duration of the Illuminate Festival this July,
Over 200 colour-changing LED Festoon Lights will go up, along with the big green spotlights
on each extremity for a month from July 5 to 31. The lights will be on display from 6pm-2am.
